Forward Planning Program

We at Animal Hospital of South Milwaukee understand the constraints our community is facing during these hard times. However, we do not believe this should limit the level of veterinary care their pets receive. In an effort to improve the health of area pets, we are launching the Forward Planning Program for our clients. Animal Hospital of South Milwaukee will contribute 5% annually* to the accounts of enrolled clients who make monthly contributions. *5% of one veterinary bill, up to 5% of total monthly contributions, every 12 months.

**Enrolled clients who are full time college students receive an additional 5%, for a total of 10% of one veterinary bill, up to 10% of total month contributions, every 12 months.
