Critical Care Fund: Putting hands & paws together

Funds will be raised through silent auctions held throughout the year by Animal Hospital of South Milwaukee, mainly during open house and special events. The goods and services being auctioned will either be provided by suppliers and distributors, per agreements with Animal Hospital of South Milwaukee, or by the staff/entity of Animal Hospital of South Milwaukee. The funds collected are not tax deductible for bidders/purchasers and will be used for emergency/critical needs of eligible clients of Animal Hospital of South Milwaukee. The criteria required for eligibility are as follows:

  1. All animals owned by the eligible client must be current on basic vaccinations, including but not limited to distemper series and rabies vaccines.
  2. The eligible client has historically shown an effort to provide basic care to animal(s) owned by the eligible client.
  3. The eligible client has historically paid all balances on his/her Animal Hospital of South Milwaukee’s account, on time.
  4. The eligible client has a current relationship (he/she must currently be an active client, for a duration of no fewer than 6 months) with Animal Hospital of South Milwaukee, during the time at which eligible client wishes to access the Critical Care Fund.
  5. All other avenues for funds, including but not limited to CareCredit and personal funds, have been accessed before applying for access to the Critical Care Fund.

The total amount of funds provided to the eligible client will be repaid on a monthly basis, at zero (0%) percent interest, for an agreed upon length of time, as decided upon by Animal Hospital of South Milwaukee. The eligible client will enter into a binding and legal agreement with Animal Hospital of South Milwaukee with the abovementioned terms. Animal Hospital of South Milwaukee reserves all rights to any changes and decisions made in regards to the Critical Care Fund.
